Job Summary: Managing clinical and administrative operations in the hospital during off hours and weekends. Knowledge of hospital and nursing policies and procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Collaboration with providers staff department directors and the administrator oncall. Overseeing the flow of patients throughout the hospital. Providing supervision and support to the hospitals patient care areas. 1 year of required leadership or charge RN and time management experience. 23 years of required critical care or emergency room experience. ACLS (AHA) certification requirement. Vermont state license requirement. Weekend availability is required. No oncall requirements.
