Job Description:

• As a Certified SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer the successful candidate will play a critical role in facilitating the Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution ensuring alignment coordination and delivery across multiple Agile teams. They will serve as a servant leader and coach to the ART enabling efficient delivery of value while fostering a culture of collaboration transparency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads and facilitates the ART processes and ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) Planning System Demos Inspect and Adapt workshops and Scrum of Scrums.
• Collaborates with Product Management Product Owners Scrum Masters and Agile teams to define prioritize and refine the Program Backlog.
• Fosters a collaborative culture within the ART promoting effective communication shared understanding and alignment towards common goals.
• Coaches and mentors Agile teams Scrum Masters and Product Owners on SAFe principles practices and ceremonies.
• Identifies and addresses impediments dependencies and risks that may impact the ARTs ability to deliver value.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the ART leveraging LeanAgile principles and tools to enhance productivity quality and predictability.
• Facilitates effective coordination and integration with other ARTs Solution Trains and external stakeholders as necessary.
• Provides visibility into the ARTs progress metrics and health to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborates with other team members to drive alignment and consistency across the organization.
• Stays current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to Agile and SAFe frameworks.

Qualifications:

• SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification is required.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field preferred.
• Proven experience (3 years) serving as a Release Train Engineer or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies particularly in the context of largescale Agile transformations.
• Excellent facilitation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams towards a common goal.
• Experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders in different geographical locations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations effectively.
• Experience with LeanAgile principles DevOps practices and other related frameworks is a plus.
