Technical/Functional Skills
- Oracle SaaS HCM Multimodule
- Oracle HCM Payroll : 5 Years (3 projects)
Oracle SaaS HCM US & Canada Payroll (Tax Benefits Balances Reconciliation ): 35 Years (3 Projects) :
Oracle Onprem PeopleSoft (Payroll Tax Benefits Reconciliation): 23 years (23 Projects) :
Functional Consultant (handson) Technical knowledge (handson) would be a plus. Good communication skills Reading Writing Oral Interpersonal Selfdirected and Proactive (be a consultant) Willingness to work across timezone as required by the engagement
Roles & Responsibilities:
Functional Consultant Understand Business Requirements Solution Design
Development Presentation & signoff Configurations Testing Data Conversion Training and Solution Acceptance
Generic Managerial Skills:
Create & Manage a Track / Area specific Plan Coordinate with other required Team members Weekly and Periodic Updates Work closely with Customers Manager
