Test Lead ETL Data

• Resource should have 10 years of experience in ETL QA
• Lead the ETL projects including creating / reviewing test scenarios/ cases
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers data engineers and business analysts to understand ETL requirement and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Perform data validations and reconciliation to ensure the data accuracy and completeness of data transformations
• Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in ETL processes and data quality and work with stakeholders to implement solutions
• Mentor and provide guidance to QA team members fostering a culture of quality and continuous development
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ETL Testing and data quality assurance
• Good communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Resource should be flexible with working hours Onsite/Offshore coordination and handling multiple ETL projects
