IT Coordinator

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end users resolving hardware and software issues
• Maintain an inventory of all IT assets as per ISO format.
• Manage requests received from HR.
• Raise request with LIT and get Laptop / MAC configured.
• Coordinate with pridehelpdesk for iPad enrolment and configure iPad.
• Coordinate with logistic team to dispatch asset and track delivery and pickup.
• Asset clearance after return.
• Process BYOD access for all employees.
• Yearly assert reconciliation.
• New asset procurement as per hiring forecast or business requirements.
• Coordinate with IT helpdesk for quick resolution if support tickets.
• Provide oncall support for IT emergencies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in IT support and coordination
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
