Business Development Managers
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a pivotal role focusing on business development and client management. As part of this role you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities managing client relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Identifying and pursuing new business prospects
Participating in meetings facilitated by our Business Development Consultants
Organising and hosting client events at prestigious venues such as the O2 Arena Chelsea Football Club and Arsenal Football Club
Cultivating and nurturing a diverse client portfolio to bolster company revenue
Overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure
Playing an active role in shaping the future direction of the business
Regular attendance and participation in monthly sales meetings
**Required Qualifications:**
**Essential Skills:**
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated success in building credibility and influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
Extensive experience in business development and client relationship management spanning at least three years
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities with a knack for managing competing priorities under tight deadlines
Direct experience in the payroll industry is a must
