You will be joining a highly motivated and caring team; looking to do the best for the residents and other staff.

Main Duties

  • Carrying out a wide variety of general office work and more specific administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the office.
  • Providing excellent administration to other members of staff as and when required; to help manage the workload of the business.
  • Taking customer calls and providing a high standard of customer service. Making sure all the queries are answered in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Responding to correspondence telephone calls emails as required.
  • Updating and maintaining records both computerised and paper based to a high level of accuracy.
  • Providing cover for the office during periods of holiday and absence.
  • Providing an excellent support function to internal colleagues.
  • Working in a range of roles incorporating finance account management and administrative duties.
  • Dealing with Cash and Credit Checks; making sure this is all accounted for.
  • Working with and assisting the internal Credit Controller.
  • Reporting equipment failure and arranging a solution.

Desired Skills and Qualities

  • GCSE Maths A*C / 94 desirable.
  • GCSE English A*C / 94 desirable.
  • Computer literate.
  • Enthusiastic.
  • Passionate.
  • Selfmotivated team player.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Customer service skills.

Salary Hours and Benefits

  • 12480.
  • Monday Friday 9am5pm.
  • Generous annual leave entitlement.

What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
