Imports Team Leader

IMPORTS TEAM LEADER

Our client has an exciting opportunity for experienced Imports Team Leader / Supervisor on a fulltime permanent basis the client is based in Colnbrook near Heathrow so are ideally looking for someone located within easy travel times.

This role is Tuesday to Saturday not negotiable as it meets clients requirements.

Imports Team Leader Responsibilities:

Perform and complete daily customs clearance entries from start to finish for all courier and cargo imports (Air & Road)

Supervise staff who are completing daily customs clearance entries

Monitoring Duty and VAT using internal systems / software

Ensure import compliance and HMRC regulations are adhered to

Liaise with Airlines for BI and Shed Transfers

Arrange Airlines collections for transfer to ETSF

Liaise with HMRC and other Govt. bodies

Weekly bond checks ETSF Warehouse

Imports Team Leader Requirements

Previous Courier import experience is essential

Low value bulk clearance (BIRDS) experience is essential

Experience using CDS experience is essential

Experience with Descartes (ecustoms)

NCTS T1 s.

Imports Team Leader Offer:

• Salary negotiable Depending on Experience;
  
• Tuesday to Saturday (not negotiable)
  
• Hours start between 07:30 to 08:00 finish between 16:00 to 16:30 with 30 minute lunch break
  
• 40 hour week.
