As an Azure Data Security Expert you will:

• Be pivotal in deploying and managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies in a constantly evolving IT landscape with a primary focus on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.
  
• Ensure operational excellence deployment efficiency and robust disaster recovery practices within the VDI environment.
  
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of Azure services and Windows OS to configure optimize and secure virtual desktop environments.
  
• Play a key role in the modernization of application delivery significantly enhancing user experiences through secure and efficient virtual desktop solutions.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 810 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on VDI technologies especially Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.
  
• Proven track record in the operations deployment and support of AVD including disaster recovery implementations.
  
• Expertise in Windows Client and Server OS Azure Image Gallery including the creation and customization of images.
  
• Experience in configuring and deploying FSLOGIX optimization and security features on host pools.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of Azure services such as AAD AADS RBAC Storage Backup Azure Firewall and Azure Monitor among others.
  
• Skills in user profile management troubleshooting AVD issues and providing businessasusual (BAU) support.
  
• Familiarity with Active Directory networking security concepts storage and automation.
  
• Experience in application modernization using MSIX App Attach and knowledge of 3rd party VDI management tools.
  
• Certifications in AZ140 ITIL & AZ900 are highly desirable.
  
  

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Analyze and resolve complex AVDrelated issues ensuring high availability and performance of the VDI environment.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing insights and recommendations for VDI strategy and implementation.
  
• Embrace and drive automation within the VDI ecosystem using tools like DevOps Terraform and Bicep to enhance operational efficiency.
