Travel Management Assistant

Description: We are seeking an experienced travel management assistant with previous experience and a passion for travel. and nbsp;

• Assist with booking group travel arrangements including flights accommodations and activities
• Assist with creating proposals for group tours
• Assist with maintaining group reservation system including completing group profile updating confirmation of air hotel and cruise space
• Create supplier reporting and confirmations and nbsp;
• Assist with accounting documentation and tracking
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals for group bookings
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the booking process
• Maintain accurate records of group bookings and ensure all details are up to date

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a sales or administrative role preferably in the travel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Must be available to work during Chicago time
