We are seeking a Virtual Travel Assistant to join our team in the Hospitality industry. Responsibilities:

• Assist travelers with booking flights hotels and rental cars
• Provide recommendations for dining activities and attractions
• Handle travelrelated inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure all travel arrangements meet the needs and preferences of the traveler
• Manage travel itineraries and keep travelers informed of any changes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient in using travel booking platforms and software
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
