Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Project Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with workers overseeing maintenance activities generating reports and effectively communicating with customers and vendors.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities at project sites to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
- Oversee the work of onsite personnel including technicians and laborers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance needs.
- Generate reports detailing project progress issues encountered and solutions implemented.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address any technical challenges or deviations from project plans.
- Interact with customers to address concerns provide updates and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Manage relationships with vendors suppliers and subcontractors to procure materials and services required for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel as needed to enhance productivity and skill development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing efficiency measures.

Main Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, including architects, structural engineers, steel, and aluminum detailers. Project Management: Plan, organize, and prioritize design projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, projects, and production, to ensure the successful execution of design projects. Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's branding and business goals. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor's design initiatives. Concept Development: Work closely with designers to conceptualize and create design concepts, sketches, or prototypes. Review and approve design proposals and presentations.
