Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Project Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with workers overseeing maintenance activities generating reports and effectively communicating with customers and vendors.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities at project sites to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
  
• Oversee the work of onsite personnel including technicians and laborers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance needs.
  
• Generate reports detailing project progress issues encountered and solutions implemented.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address any technical challenges or deviations from project plans.
  
• Interact with customers to address concerns provide updates and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
  
• Manage relationships with vendors suppliers and subcontractors to procure materials and services required for project execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
  
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel as needed to enhance productivity and skill development.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing efficiency measures.
