Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to contribute to building managing measuring optimizing and scaling endtoend marketing campaigns for Sectona and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our company s mission and standards.

• Manage all relevant digital marketing channels
  
• Track understand and report campaign KPIs and if required formulate them
  
• Play the role of an admin and chief integrator for all tools in our marketing stack
  
• Manage all our marketing data
  
• Help with sales and marketing alignment
  
• Continuously experiment!

• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills.
  
• Familiar with Email Marketing Software CRM popular SEO tools WordPress and Google Analytics
  
• Good MS Excel skills
  
• You should be able to follow processes create processes that make sense and manage the complexities of ongoing projects
  
• 25 years experience in a B2B datadriven and or digital marketing role.
  
• The ability to patiently collaborate with different teams within Sectona and try and get work done

BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS) / B.Sc (CS) 3+ years of System Engineering/ Professional Services management role. Expertise in core Microsoft product stack, including Windows Server, Windows Workstation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies and IIS. Experience with VMWare virtual environments, AWS Cloud Services or Microsoft Azure Platforms is preferred. Advanced troubleshooting & technical escalation management. Implement, Operate and provide L2 Support for PAM solutions. Demonstrate an understanding of risk management, security policies and controls, user account life-cycle management and role-based access. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Excellent relationship management, customer service and communication skills in variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person.) Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team. Ability to remain calm, composed, and articulate when dealing with tough customer situations. Security certification is a plus.
