Arch Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain seniorlevel client contacts on a daily basis.
  
• Proactively address client marketing needs and provide added value through effective communication.
  
• Analyze project briefs architectural drawings and client feedback to produce creative briefs for the production team.
  
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure the delivery of competent 3D walkthroughs and AV films.
  
• Provide welldocumented input and support data to creative and production teams.
  
• Ensure that creative strategies are clearly defined approved by clients and understood by architectural groups.
  
• Review and approve all important documentation and deliverables before they are sent to clients.
  
• Coordinate and authorize quotations for client approval and assist in the preparation of client invoices.
  
• Ensure prompt collection of account receivables and manage accounts within given limits.
  
• Write client contact reports and review important developments with relevant account executives and directors of client services.
  
• Prepare monthend overviews of client activities monthly revenue forecasts and plans for future account development.
  

Requirements

Skills:

• Knowledge of 3D Max is a plus.
  
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with a focus on solutiondriven customer service.
  
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting across clients and their projects.
  
• Expertise in business communication skills with proficiency in presentation applications such as PowerPoint and Keynote.
  
• Excellent bilingual skills are a plus.
