Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition by contacting property owners.
- Initiate contract negotiations and act as the first point of contact for approval authorities, municipalities, and other project participants.
- Develop acquired projects, monitor project progress, and coordinate project stakeholders, including planners.
- Create network connection requests and liaise with network operators.
- Over time, responsibilities may expand to include clarifying network connections and approval procedures, processing approval documents, and creating project documents.
