The Service Delivery Operations Manager or Project & Service Transition Manager will be responsible for the end to end accountability and delivery of projects the Shared Services is involved in. This person will act as the primary point of contact during all phases of the project from defining the scope and deliverables planning and execution of the plan ensuring quality of the project is completed on time in scope and on budget. He/She will also be a partner in building up the new Shared Services organization and will also backup the Service Portfolio Manager.


Work Locations: Nuvali Sta Rosa
Working Setup: O
n site most of the time during probationary period and may go on hybrid 3 days office 2 days home based after.
Working Schedule: Midshift Monday Friday


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • For projects where moving specific services to the Service Delivery Organization is involved he/she will act as a consultant to the internal customers using his/her industry knowledge and experience in supporting the Service Owners through the whole process of conceptualizing planning implementing and assessing the transition of the service.
  • Collaborate with business partners global process owners functional and operational managers to define the scope deliverables of a project
  • Work with the Companys Senior Management and P&C to identify appropriate resources to perform the work and as needed define Job Description based on the resource requirements of the project
  • Finalize the operational costs of a service transitioned to the company and ensure timely updates to the Cockpit for Services
  • Develop detailed project plan
  • Monitor the status of activities in the project plan and flag issues that need immediate attention or corrective actions. Ensure changes to the plans are agreed to and communicated to all stakeholders
  • Raise and resolve project risks and issues including the mitigation plans as required
  • Coordinate closely with other support functions (Biz Ops P&C QM OE) to ensure compliance to internal processes
  • Ensure Operational Readiness within agreed milestones
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
  • Be involved in training service owners for relevant topics regarding the Shared Services.


Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 5 years Project Management experience with transition or transformation projects ideally on a global level for services/outsourcing industry
  • Knowledge in HR Back Office and/or Finance Back Office project transitions and operations in the services/outsourcing industry is a must
  • Ability to work flexible schedule based on customer needs and ability to travel to customer sites for new project launches or meetings
  • PM Certification a plus PMP Prince2
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management preferably with Certification
