We are a boutique HR Consultancy Company which provides HR Services such as Recruitment HR Operations HR Projects etc. We are looking for a purpose driven personnel to join us as Recruitment Consultant.
What are we looking for :
- Minimum Diploma in any studies with relevant experience from recruitment environment or Human Resource related field
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and market s best practices.
- Familiar with relevant industry trends and developments.
- Strong drive to fulfill purpose and succeed in job matching
- Passionate about identifying talent needs and supporting aspiring talents in identifying the right career path and employers
- A proactive and selfdriven mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Independent and team oriented
- Comfortable in working with commissionbased income
