As a Quotes Assistant you will collaborate with manufacturers/suppliers to obtain breakdowns of appliances and identify the spare parts needed for repair based on these breakdowns. You will work alongside technicians to understand their notes and requests for required parts ensuring seamless coordination between technical requirements and procurement processes. Your role will involve liaising between different stakeholders to facilitate efficient and accurate quoting processes ultimately contributing to the smooth functioning of repair services. • Work with manufacturers/suppliers to obtain breakdowns of appliances.
  
• Identify spare parts needed for repair based on breakdowns.
  
• Work alongside technicians to understand their notes and requests for required parts.
  
• Conduct research on each appliance to identify the necessary parts.
  
• Format quotes for repairs including pricing and availability.
  
• Research appliances to determine compatibility with current spacing.
  
• Format quotes for new appliances including pricing and availability.
  
• Quality check the work of the quotes assistant.
  
• Liaise with technicians to obtain any further required information.
  
• Go through a checklist to ensure accurate quoting of all items.
  
• Send completed quotes for final checks by the quotes specialist.
  
• Assist with filling out daily quote reports.
