Lead Software Engineer
Experience: 8 to 12 yrs
Salary: 25 to 38 LPA
Location: Pune Hybrid mode working (2 Days work from office in Pune)
Shift timings1 PM to 10 PM (Flexible)

Detailed Job Requirements:
* Strong SDLC experience using Agile methodologies is a MUST
* Technically strong with handson experience on Python and its libraries is a MUST
* Experience with the Microservices Architectures using Cloud services (preferably AWS services) is a MUST
* Experience with RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI is highly preferred
* Experience in writing relatively complex DB queries (in SQLServer PostgreSQL MySQL MySQL)
* Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of managing the change and triaging of issues by relevant business priorities by collaborating with the stakeholders
* Key traits/skills for this role include change management effective communication skills being customerfocused assertiveness and strong critical thinking capabilities to solve problems
* Capable of setting/resetting priorities/expectations backed by data points; and defining/ ensuring the adherence to standard processes
* Proven track record of maintaining and further improving the quality of the software while continuously enhancing/refactoring it
* Experience owning the maintenance of a software platform/application with multiple modules
* Experience in working in any of the ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy
* Sound understanding of Agile Software Development methodology with good experience of working with multiple teams in Scrum based models
* Experience in data warehousing and large volume data processing is highly preferred
* Experience with web frontend frameworks e.g. Angular/React is highly preferred
* Experience in Java/Scala is highly preferred
* Good understanding of DevOps and associated tools along with engineering experience applying DevOps and CI/CD concepts in Agile software development
