Location: Wilmington DE Hybrid (Local Candidates Only) (Need Local candidates from DC VA MD DE NY NJ)

Visa status:H4EAD GC GCEAD USC only.

Minimum 7 years of US experience

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Systems Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business analysis role preferably in product management within an agile development environment.
• Proficiency in JIRA Confluence and other agile project management software.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies user story creation acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of articulating technical and nontechnical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead design and facilitate multiple concurrent workshops and deliver effective presentations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Effective negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Business analysis or agile certification (e.g. CBAP PSM or CSPO) preferred.
• Masters degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience in the travel/airline industry or with Enterprise Applications (e.g. SAP Ariba) is advantageous.
• Experience with Distributed Systems such as ECommerce sites Kiosks Point of Sale (POS) Systems and Mobile Devices is desirable.
• 35 years of experience defining acceptance criteria and partnering with business or product owners to ensure requirements are met and managed effectively.
