We are seeking a Radiologic Tech XRay to: Perform a wide variety of imaging exams on adults geriatric patients adolescents and pediatric age groups using a wide variety of radiographic equipment computers detectors and plate readers. Bring your knowledge to make quick and highly technical decisions in order to accommodate physical restrictions and pathology. Troubleshoot basic maintenance and repairs participate in QA and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system. Minimum Requirements:Facility Requirement: Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (permanent address must be included in travelers profile including resume Medefis portal onboarding documents). Experience: Minimum two years clinical imaging experience required. Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 Trauma center or similar size hospital. Prior traveler experience required. Licensure and Certification: Certification by appropriate body (ARRT) Wisconsin Radiological LicenseBLS issued by American Heart Association only Education:Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology. References: Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work performed in the last two years). Floating Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and/or based on the travelers competency skills/experience. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler s assignment if the primary unit no longer has a need shifts will be reassigned to another unit in order to complete contract. Shift: 32 hrs/week Days Typically 8 hour shifts Monday Friday. Start times between 7:00 8:45 AM and end times between 3:305:15 PM. This traveler will be expected to cover a number of clinics in Madison.
