Job Description
Job Description The Innovation Lead designs solutions develops new capabilities and incubates technical innovation that will improve current customer experience. He aligns with the Data Product Delivery Team for development and testing prior to formally turning over operationalized features and capabilities to a dedicated Data Operations team. He will also push for the adoption and widespread use of these innovations and take into account user feedback to continuously enhance and improve features prior to scaling. Design and model solutions for digital experience innovations in tandem with Digital Experience and Digital Experience InsightingTeams through insighting activities to help design and evaluate portfolio and create an innovation pipeline Carry out build and testing in tandem with Digital Program and Delivery Team See through testing process with pilot GTM activities and communications Coordinate all crossfunctional activities represent customers internally and collaborate with team in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning. Innovation Roadmap: Develop a welldefined innovation roadmap outlining strategic goals timelines and key milestones for datadriven innovation initiatives. Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Deliver successful PoCs and prototypes that demonstrate the feasibility and value of solutions or technologies. Technology Evaluation Reports: Produce comprehensive reports that assess the suitability of new data technologies Collaborative Projects: Foster crossfunctional collaboration and partnerships that lead to innovative data projects Data Expertise: A strong understanding of data technologies including data analytics machine learning data engineering and data governance to guide innovation initiatives effectively. Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and align data innovation efforts with the organizations longterm goals and competitive positioning. Innovation Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and lead teams in the pursuit of innovative solutions fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation. Business Acumen: A deep understanding of the organizations industry market dynamics and business processes to identify areas where data innovation can drive value. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders facilitate collaboration and build partnerships.

Work Experience (required):
- 510 years total working experience
- 35 years big data development/ data engineering (batch/streaming)
- 3 years software big data architecture
- 3 years technical lead3 years working with cloud services (AWS/ GCP/ SF)
Level of Knowledge:
- Proficiency in: Big Data Data Engineering Data Management Data Structures and Algorithms User Experience Design Development Life Cycle Cloud Solutions
Basic (nice to have) :
- Python
- Product Management

- Background on AI/ML GenAI
Education (required):
- Bachelors Degree Computer Science / Engineering Math
