Manager - LampD

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and articulate the L&D vision strategies and culture that align with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Design implement and manage a diverse range of existing and new learning and development programs processes policies and plans.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the L&D ecosystem.
4. Continuously evaluate and improve learning initiatives to ensure alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
5. Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends methodologies and technologies to incorporate innovative practices into our L&D programs.
6. Provide thought leadership and guidance on learning concepts motivation theories and performance enhancement strategies.
7. Foster a continuous learning and development culture by promoting engagement and participation in L&D activities.
8. Build strong relationships with internal teams external vendors and industry experts to leverage resources and expertise in the L&D space.
9. Conduct regular assessments of learning needs and preferences to tailor programs and initiatives to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
10. Lead by example in promoting a growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning among employees.

1. Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role focusing on designing and implementing learning and development programs.
3. Strong conceptual understanding of learning theories motivation and performance enhancement strategies.
4. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
6. Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
