Job Description: Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and perform receptionist duties such as answering phones greeting visitors and handling inquiries
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for the office
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry filing and managing office supplies
  • Utilize Excel and Sage software for various office tasks

Essential Qualifications:

  • Matric certificate
  • Diploma in Office Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to Speak English and Afrikaans

Desired Experience:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in a receptionist role

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: R 16000 CTC per month
