Job Summary:

The Strategy Consultant III plays a pivotal role in contributing to strategy development by identifying business problems and opportunities. They conduct thorough analysis of market data test hypotheses and collaborate on insightful insights for the business. The consultant independently contributes to projects and programs implementing processes to enhance Return on Investment (ROI) service quality and operations. Building collaborative partnerships and fostering relationships with key stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Build effective relationships by providing resources information and expertise to coworkers and members. Listen to and address performance feedback providing mentoring when needed. Pursue selfdevelopment and adaptability to change.
• Complete work assignments autonomously generating creative solutions and ensuring procedures and policies are followed. Collaborate crossfunctionally to solve business problems and support initiatives.
• Analyze and interpret market data perform quantitative and qualitative analyses and collaborate on conclusions and recommendations independently.
• Facilitate process improvement efforts implement updated processes and promote adoption of best practices and innovations.
• Manage projects and programs establish objectives milestones and timelines and contribute to project deliverables in alignment with business strategy.
• Maintain open communication channels build trusting relationships with stakeholders and facilitate communication of strategic issues and recommendations across teams.
• Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy ensuring the delivery of business cases identifying strategic options and promoting alignment around strategic outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Health Care Administration Public Health Economics Finance or related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in strategic planning strategy facilitation execution of largescope strategic projects or a directly related field OR minimum five (5) years of experience in strategic planning strategy facilitation execution of largescope strategic projects or a directly related field.
