Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team and contribute to the implementation customization and maintenance of SailPoint Identity IQ solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management (IAM) concepts along with handson experience in developing and configuring SailPoint solutions

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design SailPoint solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop customize and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors workflows rules and configurations.
• Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications to manage user access and entitlements.
• Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for SailPoint implementations.
• Participate in SailPoint upgrade projects and ensure smooth migration of configurations and customizations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements :

Proven experience in designing implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity IQ solutions.
Proficiency in Java programming language and scripting languages such as Bean Shell PowerShell or Python.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication authorization provisioning and rolebased access control (RBAC).
Experience with LDAP Active Directory and other directory services.
Familiarity with cloud identity management solutions and technologies (e.g. Azure AD Okta) is a plus.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

SailPoint certification (e.g. SailPoint Certified Identity IQ Engineer) is a plus.
Experience with other IAM tools such as Oracle Identity Manager ForgeRock or CyberArk.
Knowledge of identity governance and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
