I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in West London for a leading leisure operator in the Health & Fitness sector. I am looking for a Duty Manager. This is an incredibly exciting Leisure Management business this is definitely a leisure job not to be missed!

An exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager with a leading leisure operator in the Health & Fitness sector based in West London. If youre enthusiastic about managing a team commercially driven and enjoy swim teaching then this is the role for you!The Duty Manager is responsible for the managing of the Swim Teachers development of the Swim Programme and assisting with wet side operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Set and manage sales targets providing clear communication to support the sales process.
• Customer Service: Oversee feedback and inquiries ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
• Pool Optimisation: Maximise pool space and timetabling to enhance customer convenience minimise waitlists and prevent bottlenecks.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry changes maintaining a high level of knowledge within the swimming industry.
• Team Management: Manage the lifeguarding team ensuring qualifications and training are up to date. Provide transparent communication and training for career progression.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in management or supervision.
• Minimum Level 1 Swim Teaching (NPLQ Desirable)
• First Aid at Work certification desirable.
• Knowledge of lifeguard safety skills and water safety.
• Passion for leisure a drive to succeed and grow the learntoswim program.
