CTC: INR 3.75 5.50 LPA (Fixed CTC)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for life insurance products within the banking sector.
• Lead and motivate an inside sales team to exceed objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
• Proven 2 to 4 years sales management experience in banking focusing on life insurance.
• Strong leadership communication and analytical skills.
• Resultsdriven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and market trends.
