Role: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Columbus OH(Locals only)
Short Description:
100% OnSite
Complete Description:
- Performs basic workstation troubleshooting and maintenance by collection of informationto respond and or resolve routine tier 1 & 2 problems including but not limited to:
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and Windows 11 OS.
- Experience troubleshooting peripheral devices including printers scanners and Apple mobile devices.
- Provides telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware software or peripheral equipment following design or installation specifications.
- Provides basic diagnosis analysis and resolution of issues and customer(s).
- Independently images and or reimages equipment in preparation for deployment.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Autopilot preferred but not required
