Our client a Business Technology Solutions company is looking to hire a resultdriven Enterprise Sales Manager in Lagos to join their fastgrowing team.

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of our business technology solutions to organizations. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals developing strategic sales plans building and nurturing client relationships and ultimately achieving revenue targets. The Enterprise Sales Manager plays a critical role in aligning the companys offerings with the needs of our clients driving growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals providing guidance coaching and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decisionmakers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer service to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market changes to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

  • You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base which directly supports the companys mission of providing innovative business technology solutions to organizations across industries.
  • By building and nurturing client relationships and understanding their needs you will ensure that the companys offerings align with the goals and objectives of our clients ultimately contributing to their success and satisfaction.
  • Through effective leadership and collaboration with internal teams you will help to strengthen the companys position in the market and achieve its strategic objectives.


Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing or related field (Masters degree preferred)
  • Professional certifications in sales or business management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales preferably in the technology sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of business technology solutions and their applications in various industries
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce. Zoho CRM Zendesk ERP
  • Indepth knowledge of business technology solutions and their applications in various industries.
  • Understanding of sales techniques strategies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
