We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews disciplinary action and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager or other senior roles in the HR team and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.


HR Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Provide overall leadership and drive all aspects of human resources
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Implementing and monitoring HR best practices in different departments of your organization
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports and giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Leading a team of junior human resource associates.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and a positive organizational culture.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 34 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Experience in human resources or related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Ability to give presentations
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook.


Education and Experience: Bachelor s or master s degree in marketing or a related field 6-7 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, Analytics, and/or display advertising campaigns Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 3 & 4, SEMRush, etc.) Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Big Query
