Job Details and Duties:

Caseload: Youll be working with a diverse and engaging caseload spanning from our youngest learners to middle schoolers ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive academically socially and emotionally.

PlayBased Assessments: Bring your creativity and expertise to the table as you conduct playbased assessments tapping into childrens natural inclinations and interests to gain valuable insights into their development and learning styles.

MTSS Support: Be a crucial pillar in our MultiTiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework collaborating with educators and administrators to design interventions and strategies that address the unique needs of every student fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

SEL Team Support: Join forces with our SocialEmotional Learning (SEL) team contributing your insights and skills to promote positive mental health and emotional wellbeing throughout our school community. Your expertise will help shape initiatives that nurture resilience empathy and selfawareness in our students.

Requirements

Certification: Possess a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a School Psychologist endorsement ensuring that youre fully equipped to serve our students and meet state regulations.

Experience: Previous experience working in educational settings particularly with diverse student populations is highly desirable. Your background should reflect a deep understanding of child development assessment practices and evidencebased interventions.
