Position: M&A Financial Due Diligence Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&A Financial Due Diligence Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial due diligence on potential M&A transactions providing key insights and recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential M&A transactions

Review financial statements projections and other relevant documents to identify potential risks and opportunities

Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for clients

Identify key financial drivers and provide recommendations to improve financial performance

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop financial models and forecasts

Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to M&A financial due diligence

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or due diligence preferably in a mergers and acquisitions setting

Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis techniques

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Detailoriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Knowledge of the Philippine market and regulatory environment is a plus

Relevant certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a fulltime position based in Manila Philippines. The salary and benefits package will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
