Security Comments: The following screenings must be met by all contract labor resources at PharMerica and need to be ran through HireRight: Select from Packages 14 1) Candidates must pass an 8 Panel Drug Screen and a 7 Year County/Federal Background Check. They no longer test for Marijuana. 2) EVerify is required. 3) All resources must be screened against lists of Ineligible Persons on the OIG/GSA sites. (Office Inspector General/General Services Administration) Candidates fail if they are on an exclusion list. 4) Temporary Form must be completed and sent back to MSP. 5) Appropriate Registrations/Licenses/Certifications (specific to position) 6) Online training must be completed prior to start. MSP will register user and PharMericas system will send training directly.
Position Description: Pay Rate $60.00 Please select Package 1 in HireRight One (1) pharmacist for our Westlake pharmacy Duration: 4 to 8 weeks with the possibility to convert to employee status Shift: 4 10hour shifts o The four (4) days need to be during the normal work week (Monday Friday) o Start time of each shift: Between the hours of 8 am and 10 am o End time of each shift: 10 hours after the shift begins Please find job description attached below.
