Job Summary:

A client of ours in Remote is looking for a Product Manager with Healthcare for a Contract on W2 opportunity.

Mandatory Skills:

Healthcare or Life Science BG

Requirements:

Excellent communication leadership and negotiation skills

Experience Managing product development cycle from wire framing to successful product launch( 8 years)

Product Management

Agile/Collaborative Methods

UX Design Management

Change Management and Negotiations

Healthcare Life Sciences

Some experience as Project Manager/ Scrum Master experience is helpful

Health Cloud Product Manager experience a Plus

Knowledge of Provider Network Management is a huge Plus

Agile/Scrum Framework

Health Cloud and Provider domain experience is a plus

Experience working with Payers/Health Insurance companies

Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare processes and specific industry standards works with PO and Architects to help translate client requests to technical solutions

Ability to influence product roadmap and product feature selection.

Work closely with PO to document new features as stories to enhance the product.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality capabilities is required.

Strong understanding of Salesforce out of the box versus custom solutions

Prior experience as an Administrator is a plus

Certifications Preferred:

Salesforce Certified Admin and other relevant certifications

Qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced

Minimum 10 years of Product Manager with Healthcare Experience.

Education: Bachelors (required)
