We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our organization and enhance our IT service delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.

Design and develop custom solutions including applications integrations and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident Management Change Management Problem Management Asset Management and CMDB.

Implement best practices for ServiceNow development including coding standards documentation and version control.

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.

Assist with system upgrades patches and enhancements to ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support staff.

Stay uptodate with the latest ServiceNow features capabilities and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development with expertise in JavaScript HTML CSS and ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g. GlideScript Jelly).

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Management Change Management Problem Management Asset Management and CMDB.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST SOAP and MID Server.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Application Developer Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
