Job Title: Tester Workday

Work Location Atlanta GA/ Onsite

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

Design and execute Test plans for Workday HR modules
Responsibilities:

  • Manual Testing:
    • Design and execute detailed test plans to validate software functionality.
    • Identify and document software defects providing thorough information for developers.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
    • workday HR modules experience along with Testing
  • Automated Testing:
    • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java/C#.
    • Implement test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
  • Test Planning and Strategy:
    • Contribute to test planning estimation and strategy discussions.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability of features during the design and implementation phases.
  • Defect Tracking:
    • Track prioritize and manage software defects to resolution.
    • Work closely with developers to facilitate timely bug fixes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in manual testing and test case design.
  • Strong expertise in automated testing using Selenium WebDriver and Java/C#.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. TestNG JUnit).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automated tests.
  • Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within a crossfunctional team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in testing web applications and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with testing mobile applications.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
