Job Description
MercyOne Clive Endoscopy Center is looking for an outpatient GI provider to cover 3 weeks/month starting in June.
Additional questions answered by client:
- How often is EUS required in an outpatient setting we dont do a ton of EUS procedures in the outpatient setting.
*Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.
Rates needed for Submission:
Requirement description : **ALL ITEMS MUST BE LISTED IN NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED**
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency Required
- Active IA License or IMLC Required
- BLS Required
- Provider must be willing/able to work outpatient. This role does not require any inpatient services Required
- EGD Colonoscopy Required note how many years of experience
- ERCP & EUS Required note how many years of experience
- COVID Vaccine Required
- Clean Malpractice/Background Strongly Preferred (Documentation for any settled/pending cases must be uploaded at time of name clear)
