Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary technical skills and experience to ensure the smooth operation of our facilitys machinery and equipment. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts as needed.
• Utilize basic computer skills to log information process daily work orders and complete required documentation.
• Learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) effectively.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report maintenance issues.
• Possess basic math skills necessary for performing job tasks accurately and efficiently.

Nonnegotiable Requirements:

1. Education: Possession of an industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school with at least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience education preferred in lieu of experience.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent experience.
3. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are necessary to log information process daily work orders and complete required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
4. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and basic math skills are necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.

NicetoHave Skills:

4. Special Skills:
   • Ability to lift push and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently.
   • Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day.
   • Ability to work in confined and tall spaces walk climb utilize a ladder operate a lift bend and stoop.
   • Repetitive gripping pushing and pulling.
   • Frequent overhead work.
   • Ability to work in varying temperatures inside the plant ranging from 25 degrees to over 100 degrees; outside work may also be required.
   • Basic math skills including percentages fractions and measurements.
