Job Description
- 4 years of experience in Application Production Support in Unix / Microsoft platform.
- Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill
- Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk AppDynamics Grafana Premetheus
- Good experience in AutoSys / batch / control M or any scheduling mechanism.
- Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins Ansible uDeploy etc
- Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable)
- Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues.
- Good experience in scripting / Automations
- Well versed with ITIL Incident Change Release management
- Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies Apache Tomcat
- Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Unix Windows MW Database
- Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.
- Good to have DevOps SRE Automation cloud knowledge.
