Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role as a Sales Staff at our Rajkot location. The Sales Staff will be responsible for generating new business leads building and maintaining relationships with customers negotiating and closing deals and providing excellent customer service. Other duties may include participating in trade shows and exhibitions conducting market research and collaborating with other departments to improve sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills
Familiarity with medical consumables and surgical items preferred
Knowledge of local market and customer base
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Fluency in English and Hindi
