Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Design configure and customize Oracle SCM modules to meet specific business needs.
• Lead and support overall SCM implementation projects including system testing and user training.
• Provide technofunctional expertise to troubleshoot and resolve SCM system issues.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of SCM technologies and tools.
• Document functional and technical specifications user guides and training materials.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for endusers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging SCM technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Experience in business analysis and process optimization within SCM environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead ERP implementation projects with a technofunctional approach.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Certifications in Oracle SCM modules or relevant areas is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
