Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for Zuora integrations.
• Design develop and maintain custom Zuora solutions for billing and subscription management.
• Integrate Zuora with other systems to ensure smooth data flow and business processes.
• Optimize Zuora configurations to improve system performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain documentation for Zuora integrations configurations and customizations.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Zuorarelated issues and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Zuora for various business needs.
• Stay updated with Zuora new releases and updates to leverage new features and enhancements.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure Zuora integrations align with business processes and requirements.
• Identify and implement best practices for Zuora development and integration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Zuora development and integration.
• Strong understanding of Zuoras data model and APIs.
• Proficiency in Zuora Configuration including products rate plans and billing rules.
• Experience with API integration web services and middleware technologies.
• Knowledge of billing and subscription management concepts and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Zuora integrations for performance and scalability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
• Problemsolving skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in Zuora development and integration.
• Zuora Developer certification is a plus.
