Overview:
The Track and Trace Consultant will be responsible for overseeing serialization and aggregation activities within the Track N Trace (TNT) system particularly utilizing the L4 application (RFXCEL). This role involves maintaining master data product registration performing EPCIS shipment activities integrating with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Consultant will also provide support to resolve issues communicate with internal and external teams and assist in validation activities.

Key Activities of Track N Trace (Serialization Aggregation)
Candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in Track N Trace L4 activity.
Should have strong knowledge of L4 application for Track N Trace activity. (L4 RFXCEL)
Maintain master data for product customer 3PL in L4 application.
Product registration on L4 application (RFXCEL).
EPCIS shipment activity shall performed as per market and customer requirements. Like EU US etc.
Candidate should work on excel files.(Like Pivot table)
Candidate should be flexible to work in US shift as well. (IST 17.30 to 01.45)
Candidate should have knowledge of Integration of customer CMO 3PL in L4 (RFXCEL) application.
Candidate should have knowledge of Integration of L3 application which used in Track N Trace activity. Like (ACG Jekson vision Trace ready etc.)
Candidate should be able to identify issue in EPCIS files communicate with plant team and resolved.
Good communication skill need to interact with US teams customer and 3PL partner.
Candidate should have knowledge of understanding regulatory requirement in terms of EPCIS. (USFDA EU ROW market.)
Support to plant team to make the serial number available as per business need.
