Trucks Sales Representative - Juffali

Summary of Job Functions Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Maintain close relations with fleet owners.
• Understanding the characteristics capabilities and features of Used Trucks.
• Providing the potential customer with detailed information including comparing different competitive models
• Assisting customers with completing relevant documents for executing a sale opportunity or solving a complaint.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve targets.
• Explains fully product performance application and benefits to customers.
• Describes all optional used equipment available for customer purchase.
• Offers test drives in line with Reg Sales Manager.
• Understanding customers requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
• Explaining warranties and services.
• Be ready for trainings and development courses & programs (domestic and outside KSA).
• Enhancing company reputation through good conduct and collaboration.
• Daily visits and follow up with Customers.
• Find new potentials/ Customers.
• Prepare offers.
• Reporting Sales activities and Market situation to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
• Maintaining customers database and communicating with them.
• In line with Reg Sales Manager close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties services and financing.
• Collecting information on competitors activities and market prices.
• Check & recommend realistic market acceptable price levels to meet competition.
