David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading global professional business consultingservices companywho is seeking to onboard a Frenchspeaking Business Analystfor their office in Belfort. The successful candidate will be driving positive changes in the business environment of the employers clients.

Position:Business Analyst

Location:Belfort France (onsite)

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
  • Document requirements specifications and processes using tools such as user stories use cases and process flows
  • Analyse data to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions and solutions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives priorities and deliverables
  • Manage changes to requirements scope and priorities throughout the project lifecycle ensuring that stakeholders are informed and involved
  • Work with testing teams to ensure that developed solutions meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements
  • Assist with project planning tracking progress and identifying risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Provide training and support to endusers to facilitate the adoption of new systems processes and tools
  • Continuously evaluate processes systems and solutions to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
  • Develop expertise in the relevant industry or business domain to provide valuable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers testers designers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent spoken and writtenFrench language skills
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years as Project Planner/Lead coordinator with client
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven experience in performance of Scheduling accountabilities
  • Experience coordinating projects and their interdependencies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
  • The ability tomanage risk and lead reviews with stakeholder
  • Ability to shoulder responsibility achieve team goals and devising strategies to overcome roadblocks in process to meet vision and strategy
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects or varying scope and magnitude
  • Ability to take on a job in France without much legal support
  • Ability to join the team in less than a month
