Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our operational risk framework ensuring that our bank operates within defined risk parameters while maintaining optimal efficiency and strict compliance with regulatory standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Risk Management Framework Oversight: Oversee the development implementation and continuous improvement of the operational risk management framework.
• Risk Identification and Assessment: Proactively identify assess and document operational risks that could impact the banks performance and reputation.
• Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize potential impacts.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to operational risk.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with different departments to embed a culture of risk awareness and ensure seamless integration of risk management practices into daily operations.
• Training and Development: Develop and deliver risk management training programs to staff across all levels of the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and analyze risk management processes making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business or related field.
Proven experience in operational risk management preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of risk frameworks methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
