Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite internship role in Talent Acquisition. The intern will be responsible for various functions of the talent acquisition process including fulllife cycle recruiting hiring employer branding and interviewing. They will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with fulllife cycle recruiting and hiring
• Understanding of employer branding and its role in attracting top talent
• Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates fit for the role and organization
• Ability to establish and cultivate relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
• Experience with recruiting in the financial services industry is a plus
