YOUR FUTURE JOB

As Talent Acquisition Manager you will play an essential role in shaping the company by recruiting the best talents to join us. Your missions will be:

  • Proactively headhunting the best mobile tech profiles on the market
  • Qualifying screening and preinterviewing candidates selling them MWMs mission and vision
  • Supporting managers during the processes and forclosing a candidate
  • Identifying smart and innovative ways to tap into new candidate pools
  • Optimizing relevant recruiting channels and continuously improve our hiring strategy
  • Advising managers on profiles and the talent market in general.

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter ideally in a fast growing startup or an agency working with tech companies
  • Tech fluent: You have a track record of successfully engaging and recruiting senior and junior technical profiles and have a strong understanding of the skills required for mobile development
  • Problem solver: You are autonomous and able to solve your own blockers
  • Organized: You are able to multitask and prioritise your daily workload
  • Optimist: you are not afraid of problems but you bring solutions to the table
  • Communication: you can pitch the company and product and lead an efficient communication with hiring managers
  • Ambitious: you are able to handle 20 recruitments a year and will only go for the best talents
  • You are fluent in both French and English.


    Expected skills:

    • Knowledge about the European tech scene: Strong knowledge of the key players and trends to stay on top of changes on the market.
    • HR digital tools and platforms: You are proficient in HR softwares and Applicant Tracking Systems to lead an efficient recruitment activity at MWM.
    • Human Resource principles: You will work closely with the rest of the People Team and need to have a good understanding of legal compliance and admin questions.
    • Mobile App Industry: You stay aware of the latest trends in the market and the last big hits on the stores.
    • OKRs & Company Information: You will be the entry point of all future MWMers so you need to be able to explain MWMs vision and ambitions and where candidates would fit to help the company grow.
    • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent via direct sourcing and knowledge of different sourcing channels.
    • Interviewing: Proficient at both screening efficiently candidates to keep only the candidates with the most potential and designing recruitment processes that will help MWM hire the best person for the job.
    • Negotiation: Able to anticipate candidates expectations to lead a successful offer negotiation that will satisfy both the candidates and the company.
    • Time Management: Good at prioritizing your tasks and meeting deadlines.
    • Communication: Efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders is adamant. Able to adapt communication to different stakeholders and contextsas well.
